What is a Group Travel?
A group needs a minimum of 10 passengers to form a group. In the event that your group falls under the 10 seat minimum, passengers will be considered as individuals and must be ticketed at the applicable fare. Any penalties incurred will be assessed at that time.
Deposit
A deposit of $100.00 per seat would be due on a mentioned date which would be
advised to you accordingly. Please note if depositing on a Credit Card there
would be a 4% service fee. If depositing by check the deposit amount goes
towards the Final Payment.
Ticketing & Final Payment
The final name list, ticketing and final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. Any name changes after ticketing will result in a $150 penalty per name change or based on the airline conditions prevalent at the time of contract, provided the same flights and dates are used.
Deviations
Deviations are granted by the airline based on availability and the fare is subject to change without notice.
There is a $50.00 service fee(subject to change) for deviations, but that may be negotiated for a few deviations.

Cancellations
- Seats Cancelled 95 days or more prior to departure will result in no penalties.
- Seats Cancelled 94 - 65 days prior to departure are allowed a 20% decrease from the total number of seats. Any seat greater than the 20% will incur a $100.00 penalty per seat.
- Seats Cancelled 64 days or less prior to departure will result in a $100.00 penalty per seat regardless of utilization. Please note that tickets are non-refundable after ticketing.
