We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail to provide outstanding service to our customers in Fort lauderdale Office. These are temporary positions with good potential for growth and development.

Customer Service Agents: Serving our customers in a caring and professional manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering incoming calls, assisting with reservations, providing schedules and flight information. Preparing and issuing tickets, computing fares, issuing prepaid tickets & refunds, providing special assistance, answering general travel inquiries, and successfully resolving customer issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:

-High School diploma or GED
-Minimum 3 years experience in the travel industry.
-Excellent communication skills
-Highly motivated and well groomed.
-Knowledge of Sabre is preferred.
-Typing ability or keyboard skills
-Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
-Able to read and write English; bilingual skills encouraged but not required -Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
